Payment Options

We accept most major credit/debit cards. Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch and Solo.

We also accept cheques/postal orders made out in £GBP Sterling.
We operate a secure site for your transaction.

You can also telephone your order through to our number on 01754 768401 along with your credit/debit card details.

Order Security
NEWTON NEWTON use a secure server to encrypt your credit or debit card information, which keeps all transactions safe and secure.

DESPATCH OF GOODS
We will endeavour to dispatch orders within the UK within 10 working days. If there is a delay on your order which will result in delivery being over 10 working days, we will contact you to explain why your order will be delayed and give you a new delivery date.

If the delay is unacceptable, you have the right to cancel the order with a full refund.

DELIVERY OF GOODS
Goods will be dispatched by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery throughout the mainland UK and Ireland.

Goods can be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery guaranteed next day 12 noon or overnight insured courier service for an additional cost. Please email despatch@newtonnewtonflags.com for additional costs.

Orders to non UK addresses are normally shipped via Royal Mail International Airmail. Depending on the country shipped to, 5 -15 working days should be allowed from placement of order.

RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us in its original condition, along with your invoice within 7 days and we will refund you in full the cost of the goods. We regret we are unable to refund mailing costs except where items have been damaged in transit or shipped to you as a result of an error on our part.

If the wrong goods are supplied due to our error or the goods are faulty, we will refund you in full and supply you with the appropriate self-addressed pre-paid packaging for you to return the goods to us.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
